Frequently asked questions
Our studio is heated to a comfortable 86–90°F using infrared technology, creating a warm, inviting environment that supports your practice without the intensity of extreme heat.
Unlike traditional forced-air heating, infrared heat gently warms your body from the inside out, helping to:
Increase circulation and flexibility
Warm muscles more efficiently, allowing for deeper stretches
Promote a healthy sweat that supports the body's natural detoxification process
Enhance calorie burn and cardiovascular activity
Reduce stiffness and improve mobility
Create a soothing, spa-like atmosphere without feeling stuffy or dry
The result is a practice that feels both energizing and restorative, making it accessible for beginners while still offering a challenging workout for experienced yogis. Our goal is to provide a balanced heat that helps you move, breathe, and feel your best—leaving class stronger, refreshed, and renewed.
Essential items are a Yoga Mat, Yogitoes/Beach Towel to cover your Mat, Bottle Water, Breathable Clothes. This is a small studio with cubbies for shoes, keys, phones, & bags. Yes! Everyone is welcome. If you are a minor, you must attend with a guardian or parent, and if you have any underlying injuries or health concerns please consult your Doctor. We have many classes to offer and feel there is a place for everyone. Each class is a all levels class from beginner to novice, the key is pacing and honoring your body where you are at each day and learning to connect and respect yourself.
This is a small space and is Tech Free Zen Den, so before entering the studio you will place your phone on Do Not Disturb, and Turn On Your Quiet Voice, you will also remove your shoes upon entering, head straight to the cubbies and unload all non-essential Yoga items. You will then check in with your instructor and place your mat down in your spot. We leave our yoga areas free of clutter, so Mat, Water, Towel, & Block will be your essential items.
The studio will be open to students 15 minutes before class starts, up to 3 minutes before class begins. If you show up right at class time it is likely the doors will be locked and you will miss out on class. Also, if there is a wait list for the class, a person will be given your spot starting 3 minutes before class begins. It takes a few minutes to check in and settle on the mat, so to honor our fellow yogis and the instructor we require you to be present in the room 3 minutes before the class starts. Students are also allowed to remain up to 10 minutes after class ends to enjoy their Savasana.
